Owner’s Association

Seaview Harbor Marina was designed with the most passionate boat owners in mind.  Our goal is to provide a safe and modernized slip in a market where the number of boats in the water are growing, but the number of slips available are declining. The current market demand is certainly an incentive to join the boaters who have already come “on board”! 

A dockominium is deeded real estate, it is bought and sold just like any other property. The day to day operations of the dockominiums at the Marina are handled through the Slip Owner’s Association. All costs of ownership are shared among owners.

There has never been a better time to own a slip in Seaview Harbor Marina. There is a fixed number of slips in New Jersey, and the ability to add more is very limited.
